Complaints

Lewis & Lewis aim to deliver a high quality service and maintain effective communication between you, and the speech pathologists and psychologists we engage.

If an issue arises or you are dissatisfied with aspects of our service, it is suggested you follow the following procedure:

Contact the individual who provided the service to give feedback and see if the issue can be resolved.

If this is not possible, or such action fails to resolve the issue, please contact the management team at Lewis & Lewis on 9380 5742.

You may also put your concerns in writing to:

A response will be provided within 10 working days, unless you are contacted for further information.

If the issue remains unresolved, a meeting will be arranged between you, a representative from Lewis & Lewis, and a nominated senior person from the DEECD regional office, to enable more formal mediation.

Lewis & Lewis also has a complaints procedure in place, to be accessed by its workers, should a complaint be made in relation to a client’s behaviour. Affected individuals need to access the management team at Lewis & Lewis on 9380 5742.
