PSD Closing Dates

Critical and closing dates for referrals to Lewis & Lewis and for applications to be submitted to the Resources Coordinators Group.

Lewis & Lewis Critical Dates

  • Assessments for applications under the categories of Intellectual Disability and Severe Language Disorder with Critical Educational Needs must be referred to the Assessment Service managed by Lewis & Lewis.
  • Referrals to Lewis & Lewis may be made by contacting them on (03) 9380 5742.
  • Questions regarding the PSD process should be directed to the disabilities coordinator in your region. Contact details of regional coordinators are provided in the ‘further information’ attachment (see below), along with further information on application processes, submissions and notification dates.

Year 6-7 Reviews for students currently enrolled in Victorian government schools and supported by the PSD.

New applications for students currently enrolled in Victorian government schools applying for entry into the PSD.

Applications for students with funding end dates of Term 4 2012 currently enrolled in Victorian government schools and supported by the PSD.
